Before agreeing to this agreement, please read and fully understand the various rules and requirements of this platform. If you have any objections to any terms of this agreement, you can choose not to use it. Using it means you agree to comply with all the provisions under this agreement and any modifications we make to the recharge service in the future. Important terms related to your rights and significant terms exempting or limiting liability for this platform are highlighted in bold, please pay attention.
【Special Note】Recharge users must confirm that they have full civil capacity, are over 18 years old, or are over 16 years old and rely on their own income as the main source of living. Minor users using the recharge service on this platform must obtain the consent of parents or other legal guardians. This platform does not bear any responsibility for the actions of minor users during the use of this service and all consequences arising from their use.

Service Description
1.1 Gold coins are virtual currency provided to users for relevant consumption on this platform. You can freely exchange "gold coins" for virtual gifts and other products or services. Gold coins cannot be exchanged for legal currency. Please purchase the corresponding number of gold coins according to your actual needs.
1.2 Gold coins are rechargeable commodities delivered online. Due to their special nature, they are not subject to the provisions of the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" regarding the right of withdrawal and the seven-day no-reason return of online purchased goods. Once the recharge is successful, it is considered completed, and this platform does not provide any refund or reverse exchange services. If there is any objection due to the inability to use gold coins, users can inquire and address the issue through the customer service hotline.
1.3 The recharge system of this platform provides different recharge methods. Users can recharge gold coins to the platform account or increase the quantity of virtual currency in the user account of relevant online games.
1.4 After using the above recharge methods, users should keep the recharge order number or recharge records as a basis for future issue verification. In the case of complaints about recharge services without providing any valid evidence, this platform will not make any compensation.
1.5 Due to the special nature of online services, this platform does not accept any form of full refund, partial refund, compensation, or compensation for the user's recharge amount and consumption behaviors.
Usage Rules
2.1 Users must be the account holder/owner of the bound payment account, legally and validly use the account without infringing on any third-party rights. Otherwise, if it causes losses to the actual owner of the payment account, the user should be solely responsible for resolving the disputes and bear all legal responsibilities.
2.2 Users must use the recharge methods specified by this platform to increase the quantity of gold coins in their accounts. If unauthorized recharge systems are used or if illegal methods are used for recharge, causing damage to user rights, the user cannot request any compensation or damages for this. The platform also reserves the right to terminate the account qualification and the right to use various recharge services at any time.
2.3 When using gold coins or the recharge system, users must carefully confirm their account and recharge amounts. If there is any damage to their own rights due to reasons such as entering the wrong account, improper operation, or lack of understanding of the recharge billing method, they should bear the responsibility.
2.4 If the platform freezes an account and terminates the account usage qualification due to the user's violation of this platform's user agreement or this recharge service agreement, the user cannot request any compensation or damages.
2.5 If the platform discovers processing errors caused by system malfunctions or any other reasons, whether favorable to the platform or to you, the platform has the right to correct the error after notifying you by email, phone, private message, or other reasonable means. If this measure results in the actual receipt of fewer gold coins than you should have received, the platform will promptly make up the difference to your account. If this error results in the actual receipt of more gold coins than you should have received, regardless of the nature and cause of the error, the platform has the right to deduct the difference directly from your account.
2.6 Users are not allowed to engage in any illegal activities through gold coins or recharging. Otherwise, this platform has the right to terminate the service, and in serious cases, it will be handed over to judicial authorities.
Service Handling Fees
The channel providers corresponding to each recharge method may charge service handling fees based on their standards (which may be indicated on the recharge operation page or other pages of the channel provider) and collected during user recharge. Please be reminded: Users must pay attention to the service handling fees of each recharge method and choose the recharge method according to their needs.
Disclaimer
4.1 You can check your account's gold coin balance at any time on the mobile app. If you have any objections to this record, you should immediately raise it with this platform. If the platform checks and finds errors, it will be corrected. Otherwise, you agree that the transaction records on this platform are the only valid basis for gold coin transactions.
4.2 For considerations of transaction security, this platform may set related matters involving transactions (including but not limited to transaction limits, transaction frequencies, etc.) from time to time. You understand that the platform's above settings may cause some inconvenience to your recharge transactions, and you have no objections to this.
4.3 In any case, the responsibility for the services related to your purchase of gold coins provided by third parties is borne by that third party. This platform does not assume such responsibility.
4.4 Any loss or liability arising from the inability of this platform to provide gold coin purchase services or any errors that occur during the provision of gold coin purchase services due to your own reasons is your responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to: (1) failure to operate in accordance with this agreement or any rules published by this platform from time to time; (2) expiration, loss, or suspension of your platform account; (3) loss or liability caused by the reasons for your bound third-party payment institution account, including your use of an unauthenticated third-party payment account or the use of a third-party payment account not owned by you, freezing or sealing of your third-party payment account; (4) property loss caused by informing others of your password; (5) property loss caused by your intentional or gross negligence.
4.5 If the platform system cannot operate normally due to the following conditions, causing you to be unable to use various services or loss of any virtual property, the platform team is not responsible for compensation. This situation includes but is not limited to: (1) system maintenance, upgrades, and adjustments announced by the platform; (2) failure of telecommunications or equipment to transmit data; (3) force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, government control, causing obstacles to the platform system and the inability to perform business; (4) service interruption or delay caused by reasons such as hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of the telecommunications department, website upgrades, and problems with related third parties.
Changes, Interruptions, or Termination of Services
5.1 This platform may change services or update the terms of this agreement at any time based on business needs, but should promptly indicate the modified content on relevant pages. The modified service agreement will replace the original service agreement once it is announced on the page. You can always check the latest recharge service agreement through the gold coin or recharge pages.
5.2 In the event of any of the following circumstances, the platform has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of online services under this agreement to you at any time without notice: (1) the personal information you provide is untrue; (2) you violate the purchasing rules specified in this agreement; (3) you violate the user agreement and its platform management rules. In addition to the circumstances described above, this platform also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the online recharge services at any time without prior notice to users. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by the interruption or termination of recharge services.
5.3 If the user violates the rules by using a non-personal Apple App Store for proxy recharge or by illegally purchasing gold coins through other channels not recognized by this platform, the platform has the right to freeze the account and impose corresponding penalties. Serious violations may result in account suspension.
5.4 When users violate national laws and regulations, the "User Registration Agreement," the "Platform Violation Management Measures," this agreement, or other management regulations of the platform, this platform has the right to temporarily or permanently ban your account. During the account ban period (if any), the remaining gold coins in your account will be temporarily frozen or completely deducted and cannot be used to continue purchasing virtual products or services on the platform. The cash value of the purchased gold coins will not be refunded.
Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Others
6.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are subject to the laws of the actual operating location of this company.
6.2 If you and the platform have any disputes or conflicts arising from this agreement, you should first try to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or conflict to the court of the actual operating location of this company.
6.3 Any provision of this agreement that is considered void, invalid, or unenforceable shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
