Arza Live Membership Service Agreement

Arza Live (hereinafter referred to as "Arza Live" or "Arza") hereby reminds you to carefully read the "Arza Membership Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before registering as an Arza member. Ensure that you fully understand each clause, including the clauses that exempt Arza Live from liability and restrict the rights of members. Please read and choose to accept or reject this agreement carefully. Unless you accept all the terms of this agreement, you are not allowed to register, log in, or use the services covered by this agreement. Your registration, login, use, etc., will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement and agreement to be bound by its terms.

This agreement stipulates various matters between Arza Live and you regarding the "Arza Membership" service. "Member" refers to an individual (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "you") who registers, logs in, and uses various services provided by Arza Live under this agreement. Arza membership services are paid value-added services. You must fully agree to this agreement, complete the payment, and enjoy the related services.

This agreement is based on the "Arza" software's "User Agreement" and is an integral part of it. At the same time, various specifications, rules, etc., published by Arza Live on various membership services are also part of this agreement. By choosing to accept this agreement, opening the membership service to become a member user, you indicate that you agree to accept the constraints of this agreement, the "User Agreement," and various specifications, rules, and will comply with them. If you do not accept this agreement, you cannot enjoy Arza membership services.
This agreement may be updated by Arza Live at any time. Once the updated agreement is announced, it will replace the original agreement, and no separate notice will be given. You can check the latest version in the App.

I. General

Arza is a location-based mobile social product created and operated by Arza Live.
Arza users are registered users who have completed the entire registration process, are willing to accept the Arza "User Agreement," and use Arza services under the provisions of relevant usage specifications.
Arza membership services are paid value-added services provided by Arza to Arza users. Users need to pay relevant fees to Arza to enjoy the services specifically provided for members.
Arza members must comply with the Arza "User Agreement" and the terms of this agreement.

II. Service Fees
Arza membership value-added services are divided into VIP membership, SVIP membership (including corresponding additional paid products, etc.). The specific fee standards are subject to those published by ArzaApp or the official website. Users can purchase through Arza coins or choose a third-party payment method directly. Arza Live will provide users with different discounts based on different purchase methods and quantities. The specific discount policy is subject to the announcement, explanation, or content displayed on the relevant pages of the member center payment page.
You can log in to the Arza payment member center to check your account information details for free, including the services opened, service period, consumption amount, transaction status, etc.
Arza Live has the right to adjust the membership service fee standards based on its own business development needs. The adjusted fee standards will be displayed on the member center payment page, and users can enjoy or renew membership qualifications according to the adjusted service fee standards after paying. Users who have purchased membership services at the original fee standards will not be affected during the validity period of the obtained membership qualifications.
For virtual goods delivered online, due to their special nature, no forms of refund or cancellation requests are accepted after activation.

III. Service Content
Arza Live will provide members with various exclusive value-added services. The specific content is subject to the display on the member center page.
Arza Live has the right to adjust the content of membership services based on its own business development needs. Regarding the above adjustments, Arza Live will notify or announce them on the corresponding pages, and you can also check the latest membership service content through the Arza official website.
IV. Opening and Termination of Services

After the user completes the registration process and pays the membership fee through the payment method provided by the Arza platform, the corresponding Arza membership qualification will be obtained.
When applying and opening the membership qualification, you must ensure that the personal information submitted is true, accurate, complete, and legally valid. When personal information changes, it should be modified and updated in a timely manner; otherwise, you will be responsible for any consequences or responsibilities that result in the incomplete and effective exercise of membership rights.
The validity period of the membership qualification starts from the opening of the Arza membership service and can be viewed on the "Settings" page of ArzaApp.
Unless the automatic renewal function is activated, after the expiration of the membership qualification, Arza Live will terminate the provision of value-added services to you. You can extend the membership qualification by renewing the membership service fee.
If the member renews during the validity period of the membership qualification, the validity period of the membership qualification will be correspondingly extended on the basis of the original validity period. Arza Live provides automatic renewal for members, and you can activate this function during the validity period of the membership qualification. Authorize Arza Live to automatically renew your membership qualification and deduct the corresponding membership fee (or Arza coins, ensure that there are sufficient Arza coins in your account, otherwise, it cannot be realized) when the validity period expires, and continue to renew automatically after the renewal period.
V. Rights and Obligations of Members

Arza members have equal rights to enjoy membership and must also comply with various norms and rules of Arza Live, including but not limited to this agreement, the "User Agreement," the "Privacy Policy," the "Arza Platform Code of Conduct," etc.

If the member's service is suspended due to the violation of the relevant agreements or platform rules mentioned in the first clause of the fifth article of this agreement, the loss caused by it shall be borne by you.

During the validity period of the membership qualification, members can enjoy the corresponding value-added services.

If you voluntarily terminate or cancel the membership qualification during the validity period, Arza Live is not responsible for refunding the service fees corresponding to the remaining validity period.

Members bear the legal responsibility for transmitting, publishing information, and using Arza free or paid services in Arza. Members' behaviors, including the use of Arza services, both free and paid, shall comply with various laws, regulations, normative documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations"), as well as platform agreements and rules.

When the member enjoys the "Message Management" membership service during the membership period, it is agreed that Arza is authorized to collect and store the corresponding chat records of the member during the membership period to provide the member with the "Synchronize Messages" membership service. If the member wants to revoke the above authorization, the member can choose "Clear Messages," and the corresponding chat records of the member during the membership period will be permanently deleted.

After the membership qualification is opened, you should carefully and reasonably keep and use the username and password, and the account cannot be lent to others. Otherwise, you should bear all responsibilities arising from this. At the same time, Arza has the right to make independent judgments and can take measures such as suspending or closing the user's membership qualification. The member service is only for personal use of the applied account and cannot be used for commercial purposes. The member service cannot be transferred between Arza accounts during the service period, and it cannot be given, borrowed, transferred, or sold.

Members shall not obtain or purchase member services on websites that illegally sell Arza members through illegal means such as theft, exploiting system vulnerabilities, etc., or in any unauthorized manner without Arza's authorization. Otherwise, members shall bear the losses caused by this themselves.

VI. Rights and Obligations of Arza Live

Arza Live shall ensure the normal use of membership services. In the event of technical problems, they shall be resolved as soon as possible. However, Arza Live shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by members as a result.
Arza Live shall not be liable for any interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure in the provision of member services, but will try to reduce the losses and impact caused by this.
Members should properly keep their Arza account and password. If the account and password are leaked due to the member's own reasons, the member shall bear the losses. However, to prevent losses caused by the account being used by others, Arza will take all measures to prevent third-party operations on the member's account after you report it, regardless of the purpose or acquisition method. However, Arza's measures are based on the premise that the member provides relevant materials to prove that they are the legitimate user of the account, and you should cooperate.
If members deliberately engage in activities that damage Arza Live, the Arza platform, or the legitimate rights and interests of other Arza users while using Arza services (including free and paid services) and violate the relevant provisions of the "User Agreement," Arza Live has the right to cancel the member's qualification or suspend one or more member services without any compensation. At the same time, Arza Live reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of members.
If members engage in activities that violate laws and regulations while using Arza services (including free and paid services), Arza Live has the right to cancel the member's qualification without any compensation, and members shall bear all responsibilities.
VII. Other

Various specifications, rules, etc., published by Arza Live on various membership services from time to time, are an integral part of this agreement.
Matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be executed in accordance with the "User Agreement." If the provisions of this agreement conflict with the "User Agreement," the provisions of this agreement shall prevail.
The interpretation, validity, and resolution of disputes of this agreement, if any dispute or dispute arises between the member and Arza Live, should be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, the member agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the court with jurisdiction over the residence of Arza Live.
