This policy applies to all users, content creators, partners, and platform administrators and covers all services and features provided by Arza Live, including but not limited to:
Content-sharing features such as live streaming, short videos, and dynamic posts.
Social interaction features such as private messaging, group chats, and voice communication.
Commercial features such as advertising, tipping, and paid subscriptions.
Arza Live enforces a zero-tolerance policy and implements strict technical, manual review, and legal compliance measures to ensure that the platform remains free from CSAE activities.
Arza Live strictly prohibits any form of CSAE behavior, including but not limited to:
Any sexualized content involving minors, including text, images, videos, audio, or live-streamed content.
Inducing or coercing minors to engage in any form of sexual or exploitative activities.
Online grooming: Adults using deception, inducement, or manipulation to establish relationships with minors for the purpose of exploitation.
Sharing or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including any illegal content or links.
Encouraging or supporting CSAE behaviors, including discussions, promotions, or glorification of inappropriate content involving minors.
Violations of minors' privacy, including collecting, storing, or sharing a minor’s personal information, photos, or contact details without parental consent.
Using Arza Live for illegal transactions, including child trafficking or exploitation.
Creating or modifying CSAM using Artificial Intelligence (AI), including deepfake technology.
To ensure CSAE-related content does not appear on the Arza Live platform, we have implemented the following multi-layered security measures:
AI detection technology combined with manual review to automatically detect and remove violating content.
Hash-matching technology (e.g., PhotoDNA) to scan all uploaded images and videos to detect known CSAM.
Real-time monitoring of live streaming, comments, and chats, with the ability for users to report suspicious content.
Keyword and pattern analysis using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and behavioral analytics to detect potential CSAE-related interactions.
Content tracing mechanisms to track and block accounts involved in CSAE violations, including their linked accounts.
Minor Protection Mode: Users under 18 will automatically enter a restricted mode, limiting features such as private messaging and live streaming.
Identity Verification: Content creators and live streamers are required to provide valid identification.
Age Detection Mechanism: AI-based facial recognition and age estimation to verify compliance with platform age requirements.
Parental Control Tools: Features allowing parents or guardians to manage a minor’s access to the platform.
Risk Level Classification: Users are automatically assigned different risk levels based on behavioral patterns and reports, with stricter moderation for high-risk users.
Anonymous reporting feature allowing users to report suspected CSAE activities.
24/7 response team to swiftly investigate and take action upon receiving reports.
Automated report prioritization system to handle urgent CSAE-related reports first.
Collaboration with law enforcement agencies such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), IWF (Internet Watch Foundation), and INTERPOL to combat CSAE offenses.
Regular transparency reports disclosing data on CSAE case handling and policy improvements.
Any violation of this policy will be strictly addressed, including but not limited to:
Permanent banning of violating accounts, preventing re-registration.
Removal of violating content, with notifications to the concerned users.
Restricting account features, such as disabling live streaming or private messaging.
Reporting to law enforcement, collaborating with authorities in severe cases.
Freezing financial transactions linked to CSAE, including tips and subscription revenue, to prevent monetary incentives for CSAE behavior.
Internal blacklist implementation, ensuring violators cannot rejoin the platform through new accounts.
